GOLDEN RICE STUFFED CHICKEN
(Serving Size 6-8)

INGREDIENTS
- Chicken (about 1500 g/3 lb 5 oz) 1
- Celery (sliced) 1 stick
- Small Onion (sliced) 1
- Cooked Brown Rice 1 cup

MARINADE
Lee Kum Kee Chicken Marinade 250 ml / 1 cup

SEASONING MIX
- Lee Kum Kee Chicken Marinade 1 tbsp
- Lee Kum Kee Panda Brand Oyster Sauce 1 tsp
- Lee Kum Kee Sesame Oil 1 tsp

INSTRUCTIONS
1. Stir-fry celery and onion in 1 tbsp oil until tender. Add brown rice and seasoning mix. Stir well until heated through.

2. Stuff chicken cavity with rice mixture and use a skewer to secure skin over rice filling.

3. Marinate the chicken for 1 hour, turning occassionally.

4. Bake chicken at 180C/350F hot oven for about 1 hour or until done. Baste with remaining marinade during cooking.

Marinating Time : 1 hour.
