ASIAN MEAT BALL
(Serving Size 4-5)

INGREDIENTS
- Egg 1
- Soft Bread Crumbs ½ cup
- Green Onions (spring onions) 2
- Grated Ginger 1 tbsp
- Minced Beef or Minced Pork or Minced Chicken 500 g
- Lee Kum Kee Black Bean Sauce 2 tbsp
- Lee Kum Kee Chili Garlic Sauce 1 tsp
- Lee Kum Kee Premium Dark Soy Sauce 2 tbsp

SAUCE MIX
- Lee Kum Kee Black Bean Garlic Sauce 2 tbsp
- Water 2 tbsp
- Royles Honey 2 tsp
- Fresh Chives 2 tbsp

INSTRUCTIONS
1. Trim green onions and chop finely. Mix green onions, mince, ginger, Lee Kum Kee Black Bean Sauce, Lee Kum Kee Premium Dark Soy Sauce, Lee Kum Kee Chili Garlic Sauce, breadcrumbs and egg together until well combined.

2. To prepare the sauce: Mix water, honey, Lee Kum Kee Black Bean Garlic Sauce and chives together.

3. Form tablespoonsful into balls and cook in batches in boiling salted water for 5 to 8 minutes or until balls rise to the top. Drain with a slotted spoon and serve with cooked rice and the prepared sauce.
