Cooking Method
Deep Fry
INGREDIENTS
- SpringHome Springroll Pastry 6 sheets
(8.5")
- Chocolate Sauce 400 ml
OR
- Icing Sugar 4 tbsp
- Cinnamon Powder 2 tsp
OR
- Royles Honey 4 tbsp
- Lemon Juice 2 tbsp
- Royles Oil for deep-frying
INSTRUCTIONS
1. Cut spring roll pastry into 2" x 8.5" strips (resembling a ruler).
2. Heat oil for deep-frying. Take both ends of the strips and twist twice. Gently lower into the oil and fry until golden brown.
3. Drain immediately and serve with chocolate sauce. SERVING SUGGESTION
Alternatively, sprinkle with icing sugar and cinnamon powder or serve with a mixture of honey and lemon juice.
