LAMB CHAR SIU KOFTAS

INGREDIENTS
- Onion (finely chopped) 1
- Carrot (finely grated) 1
- Lamb mince (1 ¼ lb) 500 g
- Egg (beaten) 1

Toasted breadcrumbs 1 cup
SEASONING MIX
- Lee Kum Kee Char Siu Sauce ¼ cup
- Lee Kum Kee Premium Soy Sauce 1 tbsp
INSTRUCTIONS
1. Mix lamb mince, onion, carrot, egg and breadcrumbs with seasoning mix.
2. With wet hands, roll tablespoons of mince into egg shapes.
3. Thread two mince shapes onto skewer. Repeat with remaining shapes and skewers. Refrigerate for 30 minutes.
4. Grill or barbecue for 15 minutes, turning twice during cooking to ensure browning.
Makes 10 skewers.
