GRILLED ORIENTAL SALMON WITH PLUM SAUCE

INGREDIENTS
Salmon fillets (1 lb) 450 g
SEASONING MIX
- Lee Kum Kee Plum Sauce 3 tbsp
- Lee Kum Kee Premium Soy Sauce 3 tbsp
- Sriracha Chili Sauce 2 tbsp

Margarine or Butter 2 tbsp
INSTRUCTIONS
1. Marinate salmon with Lee Kum Kee Premium Soy Sauce for 30 minutes.
2. Heat pan/grill over medium heat, add margarine, pan-fry/grill salmon one side until slightly browned, turn salmon over and brown the other side.
3. When almost done, brush Lee Kum Kee Plum Sauce over. Serve with Lee Kum Kee Sriracha Sauce.
