EASTERN CRAB PANCAKES

INGREDIENTS
- MasterChef Crepe 4 sheets
- Crab Meat (cooked) 180g
- Spring Onions (finely chopped) 4 stalks
- Chinese Celery (finely chopped) 1 small bunch
- Red Chilli (finely chopped) 1 tsp
- Mayonnaise 130g
- Bacos (bacon flavoured bits) 4 tbsp
- Salt and Pepper ¼ tsp each
INSTRUCTIONS
1. Mix together spring onions, Chinese celery, crab meat, bacos, mayonnaise and chopped chilli.
2. Season with salt and pepper. Divide crab mixture into 4 portions.
3. Fold each crepe to a cone and fill each cone with the mixture. Garnish with spring onions.
