DUCK BREAST IN STRAWBERRY CHAR SIU SAUCE

INGREDIENTS
- Duck Breast 2 pieces / about 300 g / 10 oz
- Strawberries (diced) 2 / about 50 g / 2 oz

MARINADE
- Lee Kum Kee Premium Oyster Sauce 1 tbsp
- Lee Kum Kee Sesame Oil 1 tsp
- Pepper a little

SAUCE MIX
- Lee Kum Kee Char Siu Sauce 1½ tbsp
- Water 5 tbsp
- Royles Honey 2 tsp
- HAC Corn Starch ½ tsp

INSTRUCTIONS
1. Mix duck breast with marinade.

2. Pan-fry duck breast in 2 tbsp oil until desired doneness. Put on a serving plate.

3. Heat through sauce mix and stir in strawberries. Pour over duck breast.
