CALAMARI AND VEGETABLES

INGREDIENTS
- Fresh Squid / Calamari Rings 500 g
- Mixed Vegetables (fresh prepared) 400 g
- Lime (juiced) 1
- Lee Kum Kee Chili Garlic Sauce 2 tsp
- Lee Kum Kee Freshly Minced Garlic 1 tsp
- Lee Kum Kee Freshly Minced Ginger 1 tsp
- Lee Kum Kee Plum Sauce ½ cup
- Lee Kum Kee Premium Soy Sauce 1 tbsp

INSTRUCTIONS
1. Heat 2 tbsp oil in a wok or large frying pan. Stir-fry Lee Kum Kee Minced Garlic and Lee Kum Kee Minced Ginger for 30 seconds.

2. Add vegetables and stir-fry over medium heat for 1 to 2 minutes.

3. Toss through calamari rings, Lee Kum Kee sauces, and lime juice. Stir-fry for 2 to 3 minutes or until calamari rings turn white. Serve immediately with noodles or rice.

NOTE: Noodles cook very quickly-follow packet directions and prepare them before you start cooking the calamari rings.
