ASIAN POACHED FISH

INGREDIENTS
- Fish Fillet (boneless) 4
- Lemon (sliced) 1
- Lemon Juice 1
- Green Onions (sliced) 4

Water 1 tbsp
- Lee Kum Kee Freshly Minced Garlic 1 tsp
- Lee Kum Kee Freshly Minced Ginger 2 tsp
- Lee Kum Kee Premium Soy Sauce ¼ cup
INSTRUCTIONS
1. Arrange fish in a microwave-safe dish, then evenly arrange the lemon and green onions over each.
2. Drizzle fish with combined Lee Kum Kee Premium Soy Sauce, Lee Kum Kee Minced Ginger, Lee Kum Kee Minced Garlic, water and lemon juice.
3. Cover the dish with a lid or plastic wrap. Microwave on high (100 percent) for 3 to 4 minutes or until fish flakes easily when tested with a fork. Serve immediately with steamed Asian greens and rice.
NOTE: Add a little chopped chili if you like.
