GNOCCHI WITH TWO CHEESES

INGREDIENTS
- Lee Kum Kee Freshly Minced Garlic 2 tsp
- Prepared Gnocchi 400 g
- Baby Spinach Leaves 100 g

Lee Kum Kee Freshly Minced Ginger 1 tsp
- Mascarpone 250 g
- Blue Cheese 100 g
- Cream ¼ cup
- Prosciutto (fried until crisp) 4 slices
INSTRUCTIONS
1. Fill a large saucepan with water and bring to the boil. Add gnocchi and simmer for 3 minutes or until gnocchi rises to the surface.
2. Meanwhile, heat 1 tbsp oil in a frying pan. Blend in mascarpone, blue cheese, cream, garlic, ginger and allow to melt. Blend in spinach.
3. Drain gnocchi. Mix into cheese mixture. Top with crumbled prosciutto and serve immediately. Accompany with salad and crusty bread.
