FRIED BEEF ROLLS
(Serving Size 4)

Cooking Method
Pan Fry

 

INGREDIENTS
- Sirloin Beef Steak (cut into 12 thin slices) 250 g / 8 oz
- Stoned Mango (cut into 6 pieces) 1
- Banana (cut into 6 pieces) ½
- Parsley and Mango for garnish

MARINADE
- Lee Kum Kee Freshly Minced Garlic 1 tbsp
- Sugar ½ tsp
- Lee Kum Kee Premium Soy Sauce 2 tbsp
- Lee Kum Kee Sesame Oil 1 tsp
- Worcestershire Sauce 1 tbsp

INSTRUCTIONS
1. Marinate beef steak for 30 minutes.

2. Put mango or banana on each slice of steak. Roll up.

3. Pan-fry beef rolls in 2 tbsp oil until done and golden yellow.

4. Garnish with parsley and mango.
