FRIED BEEF RIBS WITH LEMONGRASS SAUCE

Pan Fry
INGREDIENTS
- Beef Ribs (cut into pieces) 400 g / 14 oz

Onion (shredded) ½
MARINADE
Lee Kum Kee Lemongrass Sauce 1 tbsp
SAUCE MIX
- Lee Kum Kee Lemongrass Sauce 2 tbsp
- Water 4 tbsp

HAC Corn Starch ½ tsp
INSTRUCTIONS
1. Mix beef ribs with marinade.
2. Pan-fry beef ribs in 2 tbsp oil until done. Set aside.
3. Stir-fry onion for about 1 minute in the remaining oil.
4. Stir in fried beef ribs, sauce mix and heat through.
