BEEF ROLLS IN OYSTER SAUCE

Cooking Method
Pan Fry
INGREDIENTS
- Beef fillet 6 thin slices / about 120 g / 4 oz
- Carrot (cut into strips) 25 g / 1 oz
- Asparagus (cut into strips) 15 g
MARINADE
- Salt ¼ tsp

White pepper a dash
SAUCE MIX
- HAC Corn starch 1½ tsp
- Sugar ½ tsp
- Lee Kum Kee Premium Oyster Sauce 2 tbsp

Water 100 ml
INSTRUCTIONS
1. Mix beef with marinade.
2. Blanch carrot and asparagus in boiling water for a short while. Drain. Put vegetables on beef slices and roll up.
3. Pan-fry beef in 2 tbsp oil until golden yellow and done.
4. Heat through sauce mix and pour over beef rolls.
