BEEF ROLLS IN COCONUT FLAVORED CURRY SAUCE

Pan Fry
INGREDIENTS
- Beef Fillet 12 thin slices / about 250 g / 8 oz
- Enoki Mushrooms (cut root part) 120 g / 4 oz
- Bell Pepper (shredded) ½
- Bell Pepper (diced) ½
MARINADE
- Lee Kum Kee Premium Oyster Sauce 1 tbsp
- Lee Kum Kee Sesame Oil 1 tsp
SAUCE MIX
- Lee Kum Kee Coconut Curry Sauce 1½ tbsp
- Coconut Milk 75 ml [1/3 cup]
- Water 4 tbsp

HAC Corn Starch 1 tsp
INSTRUCTIONS
1. Mix beef slices with marinade.
2. Divide shredded bell pepper and Enoki mushrooms into 12 portions. Roll up beef with filling to form 12 beef rolls.
3. Pan-fry beef rolls in 2 tbsp oil until golden yellow. Stir in sauce mix and diced bell pepper. Cook for about 2 minutes until sauce thickens.
