ROASTED SPARE RIBS WITH ORANGE IN HOISIN SAUCE
(Serving Size 4)

INGREDIENTS
- Spare Ribs (cut into individual long pieces) 450 g / 1 lb

MARINADE
- Lee Kum Kee Hoisin Sauce 6 tbsp
- Fresh Orange Juice 3 tbsp

INSTRUCTIONS
1. Mix spare ribs with marinade.

2. Roast spare ribs at 200C/400F hot oven for about 15 minutes. Turn and roast for another 10 minutes or until done.

3. Brush with remaining marinade and bake for 2-3 minutes.

* Spare ribs can also be grilled over hot charcoal.
