STEAMED PORK BALLS
(Serving Size 4)

INGREDIENTS

- Minced Pork 250 g
- Wonton Wrappers 18
- Spring Onion 1
- Grated Ginger 1 tsp
- Coriander (chopped) 2 tbsp
- Egg White 1
- Lee Kum Kee Hoisin Sauce 1 tbsp
- Lee Kum Kee Premium Oyster Sauce 1 tbsp
- Lee Kum Kee Sesame Oil 1 tsp

INSTRUCTIONS
1. Place minced pork in a bowl. Trim green onion and chop finely. Add to pork with ginger, Lee Kum Kee Sesame Oil, Lee Kum Kee Premium Oyster Sauce, Lee Kum Kee Hoisin Sauce, Chinese parsley and egg white, and mix well.

2. Place a wonton wrapper on a board. Brush edges with water. Place one tablespoon of mixture in centre of wrapper and taking two corners together on the diagonal, press edges together. Repeat with opposite corners to form a parcel.

3. With a skewer pierce about six holes in a piece of baking pater and use to line a large bamboo steamer. Place wontons on paper in steamer over a wok of steaming water. Steam for 10 minutes or until pork is cooked. Serve with your favourite dipping sauce.

NOTE: For chili lover, can use Lee Kum Kee Chili Oil or Lee Kum Kee Chiu Chow Chili Oil as dipping sauce.
