MIXED ASIAN GREENS WITH TOFU AND CASHEWS

Cooking Method
Stir-Frying
INGREDIENTS
- Firm Tofu (cubed) 300g
- Cashews (chopped) 1/3 cup
- Bok Choy (quartered) 1 bunch
- Spring Onions (sliced) 4
- Choy Sum (trimmed and sliced) 1 bunch
- Lee Kum Kee Premium Soy Sauce 2 tbsp
- Lee Kum Kee Vegetarian Stir-Fry Sauce ½ cup
INSTRUCTIONS
1. Heat 2 tbsp oil in a wok or large frying pan. Stir-fry tofu for 1 to 2 minutes or until lightly golden. Drain on a crumpled paper towel on a plate.
2. Toss all the vegetables, Lee Kum Kee sauces and green onions into wok. Stir-fry for 2 to 3 minutes. Mix through tofu and cashews, and serve immediately with rice or noodles.
NOTE: Use prepared fresh stir-fry vegetables if you like. Other greens such as broccoli, asparagus and snow peas can also be used.
