CHILI GARLIC PRAWNS AND VEGETABLES
(Serving Size 4-6)

Cooking Method
Stir-Frying

 

INGREDIENTS
- Prawn Meat 350 g / 12 oz
- Asparagus (sliced) 50 g / 2 oz
- HAC Baby corn (sliced) 50 g / 2 oz
- Red Chili (cut into pieces) 1
- Chopped Roasted Cashew Nuts for topping (optional)

SEASONING MIX
- Lee Kum Kee Chili Garlic Sauce 2 tbsp
- Lee Kum Kee Premium Oyster Sauce 1 tbsp

INSTRUCTIONS
1. Stir-fry asparagus, baby corn and red chili in 2 tbsp oil for 1 minute. Add prawn meat, seasoning mix and stir-fry until done. Sprinkle with roasted cashew nuts.
