Founded in 1960 by the Yee family, Hong Australia Corporation (HAC) is one of Australia’s leading food service distributors. Hong Australia, as it was originally known, started by supplying Asian foods and groceries to local restaurants and grocery stores. Our business expanded over time to include everything from pantry staples to international speciality items, as well as our home brands like Royles and HAC. Today, we’re the one-stop supplier trusted by cafés, restaurants, bakeries, caterers, and grocery retailers.
With the integration of Merchant Supply, Garboro Trading, JL Stewarts & Son, and, more recently, Southern Cross Supplies, our range is bigger than ever, covering Asian groceries, bakery essentials, fresh and frozen produce, beverages, cleaning, packaging, and more.
