• Yes, you can. To make the process smoother, please place your order via phone, email, or online and allow 2–3 hours lead time.
• New South Wales:
  • Same-day pick-up available if order is placed before 12 PM.
  • Orders placed after 12 PM → pick-up next business day.
• Victoria & Queensland: Pick-up available 2–3 hours after order placement.
• Payment: Must be made prior to pick-up.

We prefer cashless transactions. Accepted methods:

• Bank transfer
• Debit card (0% surcharge)
• Credit card (1.1% surcharge)
• American Express (2.15% surcharge)

• Yes, but our online account (Storefront) is for registered customers only.

We deliver 5 days a week, Monday to Friday and close during public holiday.
For delivery coverage

• New South Wales: Sydney Metro, North Coast to South Coast, and up to Canberra.
• Victoria & Queensland: Delivery available (details vary by area).

Unfortunately, due to street restrictions, we do not deliver to home addresses.

• Delivery minimum: $300.
• In some areas, the minimum is $500.

• Rosebery, NSW branch: Yes, open for public and walk-in customers.
• Other branches: Operate as closed warehouses. Orders must be placed in advance; no walk-ins or roaming allowed.
