Ingredients
- Spring Home Paratha Plain
- Sliced Ham
- Mozzarella Cheese
- Minced Garlic
- Butter
- Eggwash (optional)
Cooking Instructions
1. Take a piece of Spring Home Paratha, remove the plastic sheet and half it.
2. Mix the minced garlic with melted butter
3. Add the garlic mixture with ham and mozzarella cheese on one half of the Paratha
4. Fold them the Paratha and slice into strips. Twist the strips.
5. Optional: Apply egg wash on each of the strip.
6. Preheat your oven at 190 degrees Celsius and bake for 12-15 mins till golden brown.
