Ingredients

  • 1/2 tbsp Pun Chun Chilli Bean Sauce
  • 120g Minced Pork
  • 2 bundles Vermicelli
  • 2 tbsp Chopped Spring onion
  • 1/2 tbsp Minced garlic
  • 2 tbsp Chopped Celery
  • (Seasoning) 2 tbsp Pun Chun Premium Soy Sauce
  • (Seasoning) few Pun Chun Premium Oyster Sauce
  • (Seasoning) 3/4 tsp Salt
  • (Seasoning) 1 tsp Sugar
  • (Seasoning) 2 cups Water

Instructions

1. Soak vermicelli in water till soft, slightly cut.

2. Heat the pan, add oil and fry the pork for about 1 minute.

3. Add the seasoning to stir-fry slightly, then add onion, ginger, celery, chilli bean sauce and vermicelli, stir-fry, low heat to cook for few minutes, until the sauce slightly dry, sprinkle some onion on top.
